Clarity + Understanding
This is where you start.
If things feel off but you don’t fully understand why, this session brings clarity to what’s actually going on.
Through intuitive, channeled guidance, mediumship, and psychic reading, we look at:
- what you’re currently moving through
- what’s underneath it
- what’s yours and what isn’t
We do this through looking at:
- Past life influences — including past life regression and any energies still affecting you now
- What’s happening in your current life — beliefs, patterns, and what’s underneath them
- Your nervous system — how you’re holding it, and how that’s impacting your ability to move forward
- Intuitive guidance and psychic insight into what you’re experiencing
- Mediumship (when relevant) — if there is connection or communication that is meant to come through

Through Reiki, Light Language, and Sound Healing, we actively shift what’s been keeping you stuck.
