There was a point in my early life when everything collapsed internally.
That moment became a decision.
Not just to survive — but to live deliberately.
From that point forward, I committed to understanding the mind, the body, the nervous system, and the unseen forces that influence how we move through life.
My path was not seamless.
I navigated depression, disordered eating, weight fluctuation, toxic relationships, miscarriage, physical health challenges, and the pressure of rebuilding my life while raising two children.
But what those years gave me was this:
Discernment.
Depth.
And the ability to separate crisis from identity.
I do not work from theory.
I work from integration.
How I Work
Through formal training in mediumship, channeling, Reiki, light language, counselling, holistic coaching, sports nutrition, and personal training — combined with years of lived experience — I developed a structured approach to clarity.
I do not believe in endless processing.
I believe in restoring baseline.
When people come to me, they are often not broken.
They are in transition.
My work is to:
• Identify the phase they are in
• Clarify who they are underneath it
• Separate distortion from design
• Restore steadiness
I use a synthesis of intuitive guidance, energetic work, and practical structure to stabilise what feels unstable.
