When things stop feeling clear and you can’t move the way you used to, most people assume something is wrong with them.
It’s not. Something is off — and you can feel it.
I help you see what’s actually going on and shift what’s been getting in the way.
Not just talk about it.
Shift it.
So you can move again without second guessing yourself.
I didn’t learn this from theory.
I learned it by living through it.
There was a point in my life where everything felt like it fell apart internally. From that point on, I stopped trying to just get through things and started understanding what was actually happening underneath them.
That path wasn’t clean.
I navigated depression, disordered eating, weight fluctuation & body dismorphia, toxic relationships, miscarriage, physical health challenges, and the pressure of rebuilding my life while raising two children.
What that gave me wasn’t answers.
It gave me discernment.
The ability to see what’s real and what isn’t.
Through formal training in mediumship, channeling, Reiki, light language, counselling, holistic coaching, sports nutrition, and personal training — combined with years of lived experience — I developed a structured approach to clarity.
When people come to me, they’re usually not broken.
They’re trying to move forward, but something isn’t landing.
In our work together, we get clear on what’s actually going on, separate what’s yours from what isn’t, and shift what’s been keeping you stuck.
This isn’t just insight.
Things change while you’re here.
Clients leave clear, steady, and able to move again.
When things feel off, everything gets heavier.
Decisions get harder.
You second guess yourself more.
Nothing really moves.
When that clears, everything simplifies.
If things feel off and you can’t seem to move forward, this is where it shifts.
Stop guessing. Get clear — and move forward.

If things aren’t working the way they used to and you can’t seem to move forward… this is where it shifts.

When everything feels heavier than it should, and nothing is technically “wrong,” you’re likely in transition.
I write about how to stabilise that phase.
